Governor's Cup a Few More

Shortly after we docked in St. Mary's a Washington Post reporter came up to the boat to get a little news story on the captain and crew as we placed first in our class. The reporter had also been an on board photog, but he was on the boat that ran aground.....shortly after the captain told the reporter that I was his on board photog, a newspaper photog appeared as I was snapping a shot of the winning crew with the captains camera, he snapped a shot of me, which appeared in the article on the grounded boat. It really was a super event, but exhausting. I only took a short nap and I woke up because we hit a hole, dead air and the boat stopped rocking.
